Mission Statement
Our first commitment is to our students. Our goal is to teach positive life lessons, strive for personal best, and learn to love the art of dance and sport of baton twirling.
Heidi's Dance Center is located in Riverside, Mo inside the Northland School of Performing Arts building. We serve students two years of age through adult. This is the 21st Year of the Studio, although Heidi has been teaching for over thirty years.
Heidi's students have numerous accomplishments including state and regional awards and national and world championships. In 1993 Heidi and students represented the USA on a performance tour in Copenhagen, Denmark and Moscow, Sochi, and St. Petersburg, Russia. In March of 1996 Dance Center students completed a tour of Ireland which included a successful dance and baton competition in Limerick and performance in the St. Patrick's Day Parade in Dublin. In March of 1999, led by Heidi and Dr. Dennis Rogers, Dance Center students were joined by the Missouri Western State Colllege Drumline and performed in the St. Patrick's Day Parade in New York City.
Congratulations to HDC student Savannah Miller, World Champion in Rhymthic and 2 Baton.
